Promotion Period: The "Big Blue Car Crew Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on March 9, 2007 and ends at 11:59 PM (PT) on September 16, 2007 ("Promotion Period").  There will be six Drawing Periods during the Promotion Period.  Each "Drawing Period" begins at 12:00 AM (PT) and ends at 11:59 PM (PT) on the following dates: Drawing Period One begins Friday, March 9, 2007 and ends Thursday, April 26, 2007; Drawing Period Two begins Friday April 27 and ends Monday, May 28, 2007; Drawing Period Three begins Tuesday, May 29, 2007 and ends Tuesday, June 26, 2007; Drawing Period Four begins Wednesday, June 27, 2007 and ends Friday, July 27, 2007; Drawing Period Five begins Saturday, July 28, 2007 and ends Tuesday, August 28, 2007; Drawing Period Six begins Wednesday, August 29, 2007 and ends Wednesday, September 12, 2007. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that, unless entrant otherwise opts out in the manner set forth on www.bigbluecarcrew.com, Sponsor may use entrant's phone number and/or e-mail address to contact entrant regarding Sponsor offers and promotions.

Entries: In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same wireless-phone number or e-mail account, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the wireless-phone number or e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The name of the authorized account holder associated with any given wireless-telephone number (used to enter by sending a text message) or e-mail address will be deemed to be the entrant. All entrants must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a wireless-telephone number by a wireless-service provider or an e-mail address by an Internet-access provider, online-service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Limit one entry per person per day using any method of entry.  Multiple entries per person/e-mail address/wireless-telephone number, or street address in excess of the daily entry limit, or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes-entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

Random Drawings: Each Drawing will consist of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Drawing Period to be held within 3 business days after the end of each Drawing Period.  If no entries are received for any given Drawing then that Prize will be awarded in subsequent Drawings if there are sufficient eligible entries to award the prize. Different numbers of winners and different Prizes will be awarded as described below. Random drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

Prizes and their Approximate Retail Values: The following number of Prizes will be given away during the applicable Drawing Period:

Details on Grand Prize Drawing Period ("Grand Prize") and Drawing Period One through Six 1 ("First Prizes")   Grand Prize: One 6-night trip for two to Vero Beach, Florida to attend Los Angeles Dodgers Training Camp ("Trip") (ARV: $4,195); value depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure). 6-nights accommodations; 3-meals per day (breakfast and dinner in on-site dining room; lunch in Camp's locker rooms daily); daily access to on-site baseball facilities and instruction/coaching from Fantasy Camp employees; 2-uniforms for use during the promotion fulfillment period; 1-team photo per winner. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including but not limited to, transportation not specified herein, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of Winner and traveling companion. Travel and hotel accommodations subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of awarding the Grand Prize.   All travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply. 66 First Prizes: Five different First Prizes and eleven total prizes awarded per drawing period, as listed below:         (A) Five winners will receive Dodgers Sports Pack including hat and T-shirt (ARV: $56); (B) Three winners will receive one autographed baseball (ARV: $50); (C) One winner will receive Pro 3 Dodger Blue Paint Job at Earl Scheib, Inc store location of winners choice (ARV: $499.95); (D) One winner will receive Special Edition Fernando Valenzuela Bobblehead (ARV: $13); (E) One winner will receive 4 field-level Los Angeles Dodgers home game tickets, 1 preferred parking pass, and access to batting practice before the game corresponding to the date of prize awarded during that Drawing Period as set forth above. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including but not limited to, transportation, food, beverages, fees and/or gratuities, are the responsibility of Winner. (ARV: $550). ARV for total First Prizes is approximately $9527.70. Arrangements for the fulfillment of all Grand Prize and First Prizes will be made by the Los Angeles Dodgers and/or Earl Scheib, Inc.

Notification and Odds:  Sponsor will notify the potential Grand Prize winner by phone on October 1, 2007.  If the potential Grand Prize winner is unreachable after 48 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. All other Drawing Period winners will be notified by phone and/or email on or near the date listed in the aforementioned chart. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release which will require verification of social security number for tax purposes ("Affidavit/Release") and an IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) working days of date printed on notification or he or she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. If a notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing if there is enough time to do so. No substitutions for prizes, except the Sponsor may substitute any portion of the prize with something of equal or greater retail value. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.  Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. If the Grand Prize Winner's travel companion is a minor, his or her parent or legal guardian must sign the Release on his or her behalf. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice, address (city and state) and biographical information for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.  The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any. Odds of winning Prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to individual persons who are legal residents of the Contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia), age 18 or older. Employees of the Sponsor, Palisades MediaGroup, Los Angeles Dodgers, Pop2Life, LLC, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families of each, is not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.
